C Knights Steakhouse

This time our Shake and Date adventure was a bit different than previous locations. C Knights Steakhouse is a very quant (small) restaurant with a theme we’re not sure if it was western or Knights of the Round Table. It was kind of like old Texas met England. There was a lot to look at. Bluesy music accompanied the atmosphere. They do also have a small outdoor patio area for the warmer/drier seasons.

We both ordered one of their Ruffhaus Dogs. I got the Montecristo (bacon, blackberry jam, white cheddar and powdered sugar) and Brian got the Bomb (chili, cheddar cheese, red onion and jalapenos). Clearly Brian was not feeling as adventurous as I was. They were both good and very filling for only $6 each. For drinks, Brian got the Manhattan and I got some sort of Lemon Drop drink that I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called, but I do remember it was very good. Brian’s drink was very strong, so a sipper for sure. The cherry they put in it he claims was the best cherry he’s ever eaten (some sort of candied cherry).

If you’d like to give this place a try, keep in mind that parking can be a bit of a challenge being as it’s in Town Center. Be prepared to possibly do a bit of walking.
